Catlins Marine Encounters aims to provide people with the opportunity to come and enjoy the unique southern Catlins coastline and inland waters and learn about the rich history of the area as we cruise the harbour, bays and coastline.

As we move through the area there is a good chance of viewing the hector dolphins as they swim beside the vessel on our passage through the bay, as well as seals, sea lions, penguins and seabirds.

The stunning coastal Catlins scenery and many rock formations including the petrified forest will just make your trip even more memorable.

Enjoy your trip on our modern 310hp 10.7mtr vessel, "Curious" a fully passenger surveyed vessel with our highly experienced skipper who has spent 30 years in the New Zealand fishing and charter industry.
